Return Policy
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- * You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- * DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 15% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- * Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
- * All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
- * The Return Authorization number must be inside of the package.
- * Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- * Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- * If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $15, or 15% per unit, will be deducted from the item price.
- * Rover-Store.com credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
